Tasting Notes:

The 2014 Napayoko is an exquisite wine with a beautiful harmonious combination of vibrant fruit, restrained power and layers of aroma and flavor.  Densely hued with vibrant ruby, it opens in the glass with crushed blackberry and candied cassis.  Sage, thyme, and other Provencal spices add to the complex and intense nose.  The flavors are full, lush and exotic with defined black and blue fruits, roasted hazelnut, maple syrup, cigar box and crushed wet stone and forest floor.
